The trailer for a new documentary about the life of murdered rapper XXXTentacion was released this week. Here’s what we know about it so far
If he was still alive today, rapper XXXTentacion, otherwise known as Jahseh Onfroy, would be 21-year-old and a father.
Instead, he’s been dead for just over one year after a fatal shooting in Florida.
But now though, there’s a new documentary on the way detailing the life of the young song-writing sensation.

What’s the documentary all about?
The upcoming documentary, titled just ‘XXXTentacion’ as far as we know, tells the story of the young artist’s life, rise to fame, time in jail and, of course, his untimely death on June 18th, 2018.
The newly released trailer for the documentary features some lines of dialogue from XXXTentacion that almost predicted his approaching fate.
“There’s definitely a difference between Jahseh Onfroy and XXXTentacion,” he says in the trailer. “This is the story, this is the full story, this is the last time I’ma tell it.”
It really does sound like he knew his death was coming.

How to watch it and when’s it out?
As things stand, there is no release date for the documentary.
However, we’d guess that the film could well be released alongside the anniversary deluxe edition of the rapper’s album ‘?’ which is set to release on July 26th, 2019.
