West Ham United's Issa Diop has been under the spotlight for several weeks now as Manchester United are circulating around for his signature.
Sky Sports have reported that West Ham will be willing to sell their highly-rated centre-back for £60 million, as Manchester United are an interested party.
It is also said that Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain and Spanish champions Barcelona have also been watching his progress.
Diop produced a stunning first season at West Ham during the recently concluded campaign as it isn't a surprise to see those in Europe calling for his signature.
But if Diop is to leave the London Stadium then he should avoid moving to Manchester and opt to join PSG or Barcelona instead.
If the Frenchman decides to move to Old Trafford then he could potentially be destroying his career because the club itself isn't stable, both on and off the field of play.
A lot of change is needed at Old Trafford, and things got get even worse before they even remotely improve and a player like Diop, who is looking to take his career to the next level, can't afford for that to affect him.
In years gone by, a move to Manchester United was the move and the ultimate step up. However, that aura they once had is beginning to deteriorate. Therefore, the question has to be asked, does Diop won't to get mixed up with the shambles that is currently going on at United?
