Reported Glasgow Rangers and Queens Park Ranger target Patrick Bauer has announced on Twitter that he is leaving Charlton Athletic.
Steven Gerrard’s Ibrox club Glasgow Rangers are interested in signing Bauer in the summer transfer window, according to The Daily Mail.
The report has also claimed of interest in the 26-year-old defender from Mark Warburton’s Queens Park Rangers.
Hull City, Preston North End, Blackburn Rovers, Wigan Athletic and Reading all are interested in the German as well, according to the report.
Bauer has announced on Twitter that he is leaving Charlton this summer when his current contract runs out and will become a free agent.

Good signing for Rangers?
Bauer is a very good defender who will be a good signing for Rangers, especially on a free transfer.
The former Marítimo defender played an important role in Charlton clinching promotion from League One to the Championship at the end of the past season.
Deepdale Digest, though, has reported that Bauer will join Preston North End in the summer transfer window.
