Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool, and Arsenal are keen on the services of Ryan Fraser, according to the Daily Star and the Scottish Sun.

Amid all the talk of the Bournemouth players future, his current club have offered him a new contract, but he is yet to put pen-to-paper despite the offer being on the table for some while, as confirmed by the Cherries official website.

Last season, Fraser proved that he is good enough to match with the best of the best in the Premier League, and the time is now right for him to move to either Tottenham, Liverpool or Arsenal.

Added with that, he is at the right age, has played in England's top-flight for a number of seasons now, proven his worth outside of the top-six and now is the time for him to enter the elite.

Whether or not he'll be good enough to transcend his performances from Dean Court to any of those teams remains to be seen, but one thing is for sure he'd suit their attacking style and he is ready to step up.

If Fraser had a choice, he should pick between either Tottenham or Liverpool because of their Champions League status and the coaches in charge of those clubs.

Both Mauricio Pochettino and Jurgen Klopp have proven that they have the capabilities of taking a players career to the next level in style.

Two prime examples are attacking midfielder Dele Alli and Fraser's Scotland teammates, Andrew Robertson, who recently won the Champions League.
