Besiktas midfielder Dorukhan Tokoz is reportedly on Liverpool’s radar.
It has been reported that Besiktas have already turned down an offer from Udinese for the 23-year-old midfielder.
The Italian club reportedly made a bid of €7 million (£6.25m) to be paid upfront with €1m (0.89m) to be paid six months later.
According to the report, Besiktas want at least €10m (£8.92m) as transfer fee for Tokoz, with Liverpool interested in the youngster.
Good signing for Liverpool?
Tokoz is a very promising young midfielder, and the 23-year-old will be a good addition to the Liverpool team.
The Turkey international is unlikely to break into the Liverpool starting lineup straightaway, but he will be a good player to have as an option on the substitutes’ bench.
The Turkey international midfielder could also develop into a superb footballer in the coming years and will be an asset for the Reds.
According to WhoScored, Tokoz made 19 starts and one substitute appearance in the Turkish Super Lig for Besiktas this past season, scoring three goals and providing four assists in the process.
