Rob Lowe may lead the cast of ITV's new drama, Wild Bill, but it's Angie that has chins wagging on social media.
Angie is the mother of Mel, who is at the heart of the Lincolnshire cop drama having disappeared many years ago, before new evidence emerged.
Here's everything you need to know about watching the rest of Wild Bill and the actress who portrays Angie.
What is Wild Bill about?
Although many viewers and critiques enjoyed episode 1 of the new ITV drama, they couldn't help but feel the whole experience was a little surreal.
Rob Lowe - a Golden-Globe-nominated actor famous for his role West Wing - heads the cast as former Miami cop Bill Hixon.
Bill has relocated to England with his 14-year-old daughter in an effort to escape some sort of 'painful memories from the past' and takes charge of the series as Chief Constable of the East Lincolnshire police force.
Showrunners Dudi Appleton and Jim Keeble said: “Wild Bill gives us a chance to write about modern Britain and modern crime through unique eyes. We wrote this for Rob Lowe, for his smart-talking, anarchic, soulful voice.
“Displacing Rob in Brexit Britain and specifically in Boston, Lincolnshire allows us to tell stories that are left-field and unexpected. We wanted to write something that couldn’t take place anywhere else, or at any other time.”
How many episodes are there?
There are six episodes in total.
Episode 2 will air on Wednesday, June 19th, on ITV at 9 pm.
The series will then continue every Wednesday night in the same time slot.
