It is said that the Premier League club want to look at their player, who impressed at League One side Oxford United last season, before they decide on what they should do with him.

Some West Ham supporters on social media echoed those thoughts as they feel he should be given a chance in pre-season.

Others think he could be part of Manuel Pellegrini's side next season, with a number lauding the attacking midfielder's qualities on the ball.

It remains to be seen whether Browne will be on the move again this summer, but it wouldn't be a surprise to see him breaking into West Ham's starting XI in the near future.
