The latest Star Wars Battlefront 2 community transmission shares details on the game's newest update, Where are those Droidekas?
Despite its heavily criticised launch, Star Wars Battlefront 2 is still alive and kicking, and developer DICE has announced another update via the Community Transmission.
The newest update, Where are those Droidekas?, will soon arrive and add even more Clone Wars content.
Droidekas will - of course - headline the update, but the patch will also include a map and costume.

Star Wars Battlefront 2 - Where are those Droidekas?
EA developer DICE has announced that Droidekas are joining Star Wars Battlefront 2, and they will be added to the field of combat on June 26.
If you're someone who has purposefully forgotten about the Star Wars prequels, then you'll need a brief reminder that the Droidekas were first introduced in Episode 1 The Phantom Menace.
The rolling robotic machines have appeared in other Star Wars video games, but this month will mark their debut in Battlefront 2.
DICE has shared that the Droideka's primary weapon is twin blaster canons, and that it has three abilities: Wheel Form, Overload, and Energy Shield.
The Droideka is "one of the most feared droids" to finally join the Separatist army, and they will be "a formidable foe for anyone that faces off against them in combat."
Seeing as the Separist army has secured the services of the Droideka, DICE is levelling the playing field by giving the Galactic Republic the TX-130 Saber Class fighting tank.
In addition to these new forces, the Droidekas update will also include the General Skywalker costume for Anakin, and Naboo will be a new Capital Supremacy map.
