Celtic are set to sign young Scottish talent David Turnbull.
Motherwell announced the agreement on their official website.
The club claimed the deal can be ‘transformational’ for them, despite losing one of their brightest talents.
It caps a rough summer already for Motherwell.
They have already lost Jake Hastie who has signed with Rangers, while young talent Stuart McKinstry has joined Leeds.
For some Motherwell fans this deal with Celtic was a step too far.
Turnbull moving on at some stage was inevitable. He is clearly talented and destined for greatness.
But there was hope that Motherwell could stay strong and hold onto him for another one, may be two seasons.
