Tottenham Hotspur fans react on Twitter to Lorenzo Pellegrini rumours

Roma star is reportedly interested in joining Tottenham.

Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with a move for Roma midfielder Lorenzo Pellegrini.

The 22-year-old is said to be keen on a move to a Champions League club, with Tottenham among his preferred targets, report Calciomercato.

Pellegrini's Roma future is uncertain, due to a change in management.

 

The Italian international's representatives are claimed to have been in London this week.

Pellegrini has a £31 million release clause in his contract, making him an affordable transfer target for Tottenham.

This past season he scored three goals and provided six assists from 26 starts.

Pellegrini may be interested in Tottenham, but how keen the Premier League side are is uncertain. 

The last player Tottenham signed from Roma was Erik Lamela, who has had a mixed time in North London.
