Everton and West Ham United are heavily linked with the midfielder.

Mundo Deportivo have reported that Everton have agreed personal terms with Andre Gomes – but that West Ham United have offered a bigger transfer fee.
The Portugal international dazzled at Everton on his season-long loan from Barcelona last term.
But West Ham have emerged as candidates to sign him and saw an £18 million bid knocked back earlier this summer [Sky Sports].
The Mirror claimed that Gomes would prefer to join the Toffees, and Mundo Deportivo claims that a deal has been struck with regards to personal terms.
The Spanish report adds, however, that it’s a ‘pity’ for Barca because the Irons have offered more money for the 25-year-old.
West Ham may have offered as much as £26 million, which indicates that the Goodison Park club might be getting him for less than that.
According to Total Sportek, Gomes is on an £80,000-a-week contract with the Camp Nou side, which expires in 2021.
