Ibrox club Glasgow Rangers manager Steven Gerrard is reportedly a fan of Harry Wilson, while Aston Villa are claimed to be interested in the Liverpool winger.
Harry Wilson is a player in demand, with Steven Gerrard’s Ibrox club Glasgow Rangers and Aston Villa among the clubs reported to be interested in the Liverpool winger.
According to The Mirror, Rangers manager Steven Gerrard is a fan of Wilson, who spent the 2018-19 campaign on loan at Derby County in the Championship from Premier League club Liverpool.
The report has also claimed of interest in the 22-year-old winger from Villa, who will play in the Premier League next season after clinching promotion from the Championship via the playoffs.
Hoffenheim, RB Leipzig, Valencia, Getafe and Leicester City are also reported to be interested in the 22-year-old Wales international winger.
Liverpool, though, are not in a rush to make a decision on the future of Wilson, according to The Liverpool Echo.
It has been reported that Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp will give the Welshman the chance to stake a claim in the team for the 2019-20 campaign by playing him in pre-season friendly matches and in pre-season training.
Some Rangers fans, though, want Wilson to join Gerrard’s team, and some supporters of the Ibrox club wanted the youngster even before the speculation emerged, as shown on Twitter below.
