Leeds United Under-23 coach Carlos Corberan is reportedly wanted by Cultural Leonesa.
Leeds United fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to speculation regarding the future of Carlos Corberan.
According to The Yorkshire Evening Post, Cultural Leonesa are interested in appointing Leeds Under-23 coach Corberan as their new first-team manager.
Corberan has done a wonderful job as the Leeds Under-23 coach, and fans of the Elland Road outfit do not want him to go, as shown in the following posts on Twitter.
Just another thing for the club to deal with. Bielsa allowed Carlos into his group, not many if any get that honour.— paul warrick (LUFC) (@paulwarrick3) June 9, 2019
It's an easy choice for Carlos imo, a further year with a giant of the game must be the right career choice.
We let him go and I’ll be gutted. As we all know He’s part of our future Paul.— Diddlysquat (@markrikko) June 9, 2019
No we need to keep him at club, he’ll be our head coach next season/when Don Marcelo goes home.— Calvin Waite (@Calvywalvy2388) June 10, 2019
NOOOOOOOOOO!! This would be a disaster— Dirty Leeds ¡Carajo! (@DirtyLeedsFC) June 9, 2019
Needs to stay and take over from MB when the time comes, be a big mistake to let him walk— Dirty Filthy Leeds (@VileAnimals) June 9, 2019
I like Radz, I think he has done a great job. Honestly. If he lets Carlos leave I will really question his motives. We can sell Clarke if we need money, we can just loan players instead of signing them but facilitating this move will make me believe there never was a 5 year plan.— Jay Sharked (@JaySharked) June 9, 2019
He'll most likely take over when Bielsa leaves won't he?If he's told that surely he stays.— Dave (@Dav_m160) June 9, 2019
MB won’t be here forever and what Carlos has done with the academy is fantastic. He’s the next Leeds Manager in waiting imo. Another season with MB will be worth more than leaving for that job. Get him tied down Radz.— Andy Saltmer (@andrewsaltmer) June 9, 2019
He’ll be Leeds manager after Bielsa. Needs to stay— Mike (@geeemondo) June 9, 2019
I want him to be the future Leeds manager— Ed (@_edobrien) June 9, 2019
Leeds United stay
Corberan has done a truly great job as the Leeds Under-23 head coach, and it is clear that he has a lot of potential to take charge of the first team of the club in the coming years.
Marcelo Bielsa is not going to be at Leeds forever, and the 36-year-old Spaniard could be the perfect successor to the Argentine.
