Scotland were in action on Saturday night, and needed a late goal from West Bromwich Albion's Oliver Burke to seal a win over Cyprus.

After a nervy first half, Liverpool's Andrew Robertson opened the scoring, smashing home from long range with a fine left-footed strike.

With just four minutes to play Ioannis Kousoulos equalised for Cyprus, threatening to leave with a point, but Burke saved the day just minutes later the the winner.

It was far from convincing stuff from Scotland, and right back Stephen O'Donnell didn't exactly impress Celtic fans amid claims he could end up back at Parkhead.

The 27-year-old was handed a start by his former Kilmarnock boss Clarke, and left Celtic fans wondering just why Neil Lennon may want him back.

The Scottish Sun recently noted that, with Mikael Lustig and Cristian Gamboa set to leave, Lennon may look to bring ex-Celtic youngster O'Donnell back to the club for some experience – despite him being released under Lennon in 2011.

Some Celtic fans took to Twitter last night to criticise O'Donnell's performance, feeling he was awful on the night and that the Bhoys shouldn't go near him, praying that the rumour isn't true – even if a couple of fans feel that he may have something to offer despite his limited attacking play.
