It has been reported that Sessegnon, who can also operate as a left-back, has told Fulham that he will not sign a new contract, with his current deal to run out next summer.
The Guardian has claimed that the 19-year-old has told Fulham that he wants to join Tottenham to work with manager Mauricio Pochettino, and believes that he can thrive under the Argentine.
Fulham reportedly want £45 million as transfer fee for Sessegnon, but Tottenham do not want to pay more than £25m for the youngster.
During the 2017-18 campaign, the teenager made 48 starts and one substitute appearance in the Championship for the Cottagers, scoring 16 goals and providing eight assists in the process, according to WhoScored.
