Millwall, Leeds United and Cardiff City have been linked with Portsmouth’s Jamal Lowe.

According to a report in the South London Press, Millwall have seen a £1.5 million bid turned down for Portsmouth’s Jamal Lowe who is also attracting interest from Leeds United and Cardiff City.
Millwall boss Neil Harris is looking to bolster his attacking ranks this summer after top scorer Lee Gregory opted to leave the club on a free transfer following the end of this contract.
The Lions, who finished just one place above the Championship relegation zone last season, must strengthen this summer and Lowe has seemingly caught their eye after a terrific campaign in League One.
The 24-year-old scored 17 goals and produced nine assists for Pompey in 2018/19 as the South Coast club missed out on promotion after suffering a 1-0 aggregate defeat to Sunderland in the playoff semi-finals.
Portsmouth’s regional paper The News have accredited several Championship clubs interested in Lowe, including Leeds, Middlesbrough, West Bromwich Albion and Cardiff. It is claimed Pompey will not sell him for less than £2 million, despite the striker having just one year left on his contract.

Leeds have been cited as a strong suitor with Marcelo Bielsa’s side looking to bolster their striker options. Patrick Bamford and Kemar Roofe managed 24 league goals between them last term, but there is room for more.
Cardiff, meanwhile, will be looking to make another promotion bid next season after suffering relegation from the Premier League. The Bluebirds have parachute payments therefore they could be more flexible in the market this summer.
