Leeds United owner Andrea Radrizzani has ‘liked’ a message about Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Helder Costa on social media website Twitter, amid rumours the Portugal international could move to Elland Road.

The Yorkshire Evening Post suggested yesterday that Leeds were after Costa from Wolves on loan.


Marcelo Bielsa’s side are keen to utilise the loan market this summer, and reportedly feel that Costa would be a good addition to their team.

And eagle-eyed Leeds fans were excited when Radrizzani seemed to hint that a move for Costa could be on.

Costa was excellent for Wolves in the Championship, even though he has found it more difficult at the top tier.

The trickster has fallen out of favour at Wolves over the past campaign, but he could be a really exciting addition to Leeds’ team.

The winger, who Wolves paid £13 million for in 2017 (Express and Star), has all the ability to thrive in a side managed by Bielsa.

Costa would love the attacking freedom offered in Leeds’ system, and he could be the most eye-catching addition that the Whites have made for some time.
