Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with Lyon ace Tanguy Ndombele.

Tottenham Hotspur are in the market for an athletic, technically-gifted midfielder this summer, with Mousa Dembele needing to be replaced.

One of the main names linked is Lyon star Tanguy Ndombele, whose reputation has grown and grown since joining from Amiens in 2017.

Ndombele, 22, has hit four goals in 98 games, emerging as one of the top young box-to-box midfielders in Europe during his time with Lyon.

Now a French international, Ndombele is away with his country right now, but speculation surrounds his future with Lyon as Tottenham attempt to secure his signature.

Le10 Sport in France reported earlier this week that Tottenham have already have a bid rejected for Ndombele, and will return soon with Mauricio Pochettino desperate to sign him.

Today, a video has emerged of Ndombele in France training, picking out a stunning slide-rule pass for Lyon teammate Leo Dubois, taking apart the France defence.

Tottenham fans have seen the video and have been taking to Twitter, urging the club to get a deal done for Ndombele and announce it as soon as possible, believing that he needs to be their next signing having shown off his ability yet again.
