£4m Celtic midfielder Olivier Ntcham continues to be linked with a move away from the Scottish Premiership with Ligue 1 giants Marseille reportedly keen.

Celtic will demand up to £15 million for Olivier Ntcham this summer as France Football links the skilful midfielder with a move to Marseille.

The former Manchester City youngster became Celtic’s most expensive signing in ten years when he arrived at Parkhead in 2017, the Premiership champions paying £4 million for a player who was tipped to make a huge impact in Scotland.

But while Ntcham has won six trophies in green and white, he struggled for form during an injury-hit second season. Despite his erratic displays across 2018/19, however, there are still plenty of major European clubs showing an interest in the 23-year-old.

Scott Brown and an emotional Celtic farewell

One of those is Marseille, who’s new manager Andre Villas-Boas has been keeping tabs on Ntcham for over a year (Foot Mercato).

But how much would Celtic demand for the former France U21 star? According to France Football, The Hoops want up to £15 million, a fee that would see them earn an £11 million profit.

Ntcham’s chances of a move to Marseille apparently depend on the future of Kevin Strootman, who has been offered to West Ham or Everton with OM hoping to avoid Financial Fair Play sanctions (Sky).
