Neutral fans think that Glasgow Rangers boss Steven Gerrard is going to bring Daniel Sturridge to Ibrox.
Sturridge has just been released by Liverpool, leaving him free to find a new club, and he is a player who Rangers boss Gerrard knows very well.
Gerrard has already shown a willingness to sign former teammates at Rangers, with Jermain Defoe arriving.
And football fans think that Sturridge’s next move may well be to Ibrox.

i think both Moreno and sturridge will join rangers !!— Curtis. (@curtisgiles_) June 4, 2019
If Rangers are to sign Sturridge he would have to be willing to take a major pay cut on the contract he was on at Liverpool.
Sturridge was earning big money at Anfield, and Rangers would not be able to compete with those sort of wages.
Whether Sturridge would take a move to Scotland at the age of 29 also remains up for debate, as there is likely to be interest from Premier League clubs and from abroad.
If Sturridge did move to Rangers he would be in competition with the likes of Alfredo Morelos and Defoe for a place in Gerrard’s starting line-up.
