Bright Enobakhare did not play a Premier League game for Wolverhampton Wanderers last season but he shone on loan at Coventry City.

Coventry City are refusing to give up hope of signing Wolverhampton Wanderers forward Bright Enobakhare, with the club’s chief executive Dave Boddy confirming to the Coventry Telegraph that he remains very high on their summer wish list.
Enobakhare made a huge impression during a loan spell with the Sky Blues in the second half of last season, scoring six goals in 18 games while his outstanding display in the thrilling 5-4 win away at Sunderland will live long in the memory.
The jet-heeled Nigerian is now facing an uncertain future, however. Wolves took the decision to extend his contract by a further 12 months to stop Enobakhare from leaving on a free but it seems unlikely that he will force his way into the first-team at Molineux.
And Boddy has made it clear that the 21-year-old will always have a home at the Ricoh Arena.
“Absolutely not! We could still potentially buy him or take him on loan again,” he said.

“It depends on what he wants to do really. I think Wolves are waiting to see what he does.”
Enobakhare has played 49 games for Wolves, scoring three goals, but with the Black Country giants seemingly looking to bring in a new centre-forward to provide competition from Raul Jimenez, the academy graduate might be better off returning to Coventry for another 12 months at least.
