Tottenham Hotspur defender Danny Rose has become Mauricio Pochettino’s side’s first choice left-back again.
Rose has been heavily linked with a move away from Spurs in recent times, with Mauricio Pochettino expected to have a clear out this summer.
However, Rose is said to be wanting to stay with Tottenham and sign a new deal.
Rose has two years left on his current Spurs deal, which is worth £60,000-a-week (Spotrac).
Rose did look to be on his way out at Tottenham last year, but he has forced his way back into Pochettino’s team and is now their first choice left-back.
Rose started the Champions League final and was one of Tottenham’s most impressive performers, as they lost 2-0 to Liverpool.
Whether Tottenham will offer rose a new contract remains to be seen, as Pochettino’s side have been linked with a number of full-backs, as they look to strengthen their side this summer.
