Pawel Cibicki hasn't played for Leeds United since January in 2018.
Pawel Cibicki has said that he would return to Leeds United if they wanted him, but claimed that scenario is a little 'far-fetched'.
The 25-year-old winger hasn't kicked a ball for Leeds in 18 months.
But the Swede is impressing back in his homeland at the moment, netting four goals in 11 starts for loan side Elfsborg.
It's his second loan spell away from Elland Road and although Cibicki would go back to West Yorkshire, he suggests that Marcelo Bielsa doesn't need him.
He told Boras Tidning: "I would return if they come back and say that they really want me, but it is far-fetched, the best is surely to find another solution."
The former Malmo star showed glimpses of what he can do, but that's all they were, glimpses.
For the most part, Cibicki simply didn't do enough to take his chances at Leeds. Thomas Christiansen sometimes played him, but he never once played under Paul Heckingbottom when Christian was sacked in February 2018.
He set the club back around £1.5 million [The Yorkshire Evening Post] in 2017.
