A photo of the Rangers midfielder, Lassana Coulibaly, being clattered by Ryan Porteous has gone down well with one of Celtic's players.
The tackle, which took place during Rangers' 0-0 draw with Hibernian in December, was condemned by Coulibaly, who was lucky to avoid serious injury, as well as both clubs' managers, Steven Gerrard and Neil Lennon.
But Porteous does not appear to have any regrets, posting the image on his Instagram page beside the caption '18/19'.
It drew the following response from the 20-year-old's Scotland youth team colleague, Michael Johnston, who plays for Rangers' fiercest rivals, Celtic.
Ironically, Porteous suffered a season-ending knee injury a month after the incident.
And some Rangers fans were quick to remind the Hibs academy product of that.
Yet you're the one who ended up with a serious injury, quite ironic Karma at its finest.
Karma done it’s job well, how’s the knee?
Lol, your injury was worse than Kamara's.
Embarrassing from a "professional" football player
Only in Scotland would you commit a horrendous foul and it be the highlight of your season.
It is possible that is the last Porteous will see of Coulibaly, whose Rangers loan spell expires this summer.
The Malian made a promising start to his Ibrox career but soon fell out of favour with Gerrard.
Meanwhile, Johnston enjoyed his best season to date at Celtic, scoring or making six goals in 22 games.
