One of the most highly-rated full-backs in the Football League, Justin scored three goals and produced nine assists as The Hatters sealed their return to the second tier last season, winning the League One title ahead of Barnsley.
According to the Mail, he is a target for both Aston Villa and Leicester. The 21-year-old has just one year left on his contract and is reported to be valued at £5 million.
Luton would obviously be hoping to keep hold of their key players as they prepare for a return to the Championship but manager Jones is under no illusions that, if an acceptable offer arrives, they will have to seriously consider a sale.
“It would be silly of me to think, ‘I’ll cash in,’ I don’t want to cash in on anybody. But the reality is that with the season the boys have had, that might be the case,” said the former Everton and West Brom coach.
“I hope not, but I need to be ready for every eventuality.”
Justin can play at right-back but he is more comfortable on the left, a position where Aston Villa are short of options. Leicester, however, have England international Ben Chilwell at their disposal and tied Christian Fuchs down to a new one-year deal last week.
The Mail adds that Stoke City are also weighing up a bid during the summer transfer window.
