In addition to showing more of Cyberpunk 2077, CD Projekt RED might also announce their next game at E3 2019.

CD Projekt RED has confirmed that Cyberpunk 2077 and an unannounced game of theirs are scheduled to launch before 2021, and it’s possible the Polish developers will reveal what this mysterious title is at E3 2019.

Sony pulling out of the gaming industry’s biggest event of the year is a major blow, but there’s plenty of reasons to be excited about the upcoming expo.

Square Enix will show more of Final Fantasy 7, Dying Light 2 will be present, and Xbox might reveal a Fable Reboot.

In addition, this year’s E3 is CD Projekt RED’s “most important” yet, and it’s possible they might reveal what else they’re working on.

Cyberpunk 2077: CD Projekt RED might announce their next game at E3 2019

CD Projekt RED confirmed a while back that Cyberpunk 2077 will be showcased at this year’s E3, and they’ve since teased gamers with exciting details such as how the gameplay is “next level” compared to The Witcher 3.

While Cyberpunk 2077 is sure to wow (especially if a release date is given), gamers should also be excited about CD Projekt RED’s CEO, Marcin Iwinski, discussing the past, present, and future of the studio.

Announced by the official E3 Twitter account, CD Projekt RED’s CEO will be live at the Coliseum to disclose what the studio’s plans are moving forward.

This doesn’t guarantee that their unannounced title will be unveiled, but it does make the announcement more plausible.

There’s no way of knowing what the mysterious game hidden in the shadows is, but – hopefully – a glimpse of its face will be shown at E3.

In other Cyberpunk 2077 news, the creator of the tabletop game has confirmed the series’ timeline, and CD Projekt RED has said the gameplay involves “3 to 5” ways to complete quests.
