But what should fans of the Championship quintet know about the former Netherlands youth international? HITC Sport has the lowdown, here...
Who is he and who does he play for?
Becker is a 24-year-old, predominantly right-footed Dutch winger currently on the books of ADO Den Haag in the Dutch Eredivisie. He is a product of the esteemed Ajax youth system and had a productive loan spell at PEC Zwolle before his move to The Hague.
How much would he cost?
His contract expires this summer and it's claimed he won't be signing a new one. According to The Mirror, Middlesbrough have made contact about a free transfer move to the Riverside, with Leeds, Sheffield Wednesday, Derby and Swansea also making enquiries.
What sort of form is he in?
Arguably the best of his life. 14 of his 17 league goals and assists this season arrived in 2019 alone. In fact, there are only six games in which he has failed to make a direct goal contribution since the turn of the year.
What's his best position?
Although he can operate as either a left winger or centre forward, it is on the right-hand side that Becker is most commonly found. His pace, dribbling and crossing skills make him well suited to that particular role. His defensive contribution is a weakness, however, according to WhoScored.com.
You may know his cousin...
Luciano Narsingh - another Dutch winger who was last week released by one of Becker's rumoured suitors, Swansea. Might it count against the Welsh side in their pursuit of the latter player's signature?
And a bonus one for the Wednesday fans...
While at Ajax, Becker was managed by the former Sheffield Wednesday midfielder, Orlando Trustfull. Together, they won the Dutch Under-19 Championship in 2014.
Would Becker be a useful recruit for Middlesbrough, Leeds United, Sheffield Wednesday, Derby County or Swansea City?
