West Bromwich Albion youngster Rekeem Harper is reportedly on the radar of Tottenham Hotspur and Norwich City.

West Bromwich Albion have announced on their official website that they have made a second and final offer to Rekeem Harper amid reported interest from Tottenham Hotspur and Norwich City.

According to The Sun on Sunday (print edition, page 68, March 3, 2019), Tottenham want to sign Harper in the summer transfer window, while The Sun (print edition, page 58, May 10, 2019) has credited Norwich City with interest in securing the services of the 19-year-old midfielder (click here and here to read more and more).

The teenager is out of contract at the Baggies in the summer, and West Brom have announced on their official website that they have made a second and final offer to the youngster.

It will be interesting to see what Harper does. It seems that West Brom want the England Under-19 international midfielder to stay at The Hawthorns beyond the summer of 2019, but one can understand if the youngster is tempted by Tottenham or Norwich, both of whom are Premier League clubs now.
