The 18-year-old left-back was impressive during the Cottagers' 2017-18 campaign in which they won promotion to the Premier League via the Championship playoffs.
However, he has struggled to make as much of an impact this season as Fulham struggled in the top flight and were relegated after just one season.
Despite this, Sessegnon remains one of the most sought-after young players in England, with more than 100 senior appearances to his name and 25 goals and 18 assists to his name (Transfermarkt).
The Evening Standard reported on Tuesday that, although Sessegnon is eager to work with Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino, the North Londoners will not make any 'formal approach' until after the Champions League final on 1 June.
However, a Sky Sports News report on Friday claimed that Man United have made initial contact with Fulham over the prospective signing of the talented youngster, the only club to have approached the West Londoners thus far.
Going back to the Evening Standard report, Fulham are believed to value Sessegnon at around £40million, with Tottenham keen to pay closer to £25million, but with the Red Devils now in the picture, Spurs may have to move more quickly and possibly be prepared to part with more money for his signature.
