Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa has become a hugely popular figure at Elland Road.
Leeds were beaten in the play offs by Derby County last night, causing question marks to linger over Bielsa’s future.
The Argentine has still not assured supporters that he will be at Elland Road next season, with concerns rising that he could leave.
The Telegraph insists that Bielsa does not want to depart Leeds, but he will not stay if his fears are proven to be warranted.
Bielsa has concerns that he will be told that Leeds need to cut costs next season, which could lead to his best players being sold.
The Whites have some valuable players in their squad, including the likes of Jack Clarke and Kalvin Phillips.
And if Bielsa is told that Leeds need to sell players to raise funds then he will step aside.
However, the popular boss is hoping that he can come to an agreement with Andrea Radrizzani in the coming days, which will allow him to stay on at Elland Road.
