Liverpool fans were impressed with Derby ace.

Liverpool youngster Harry Wilson starred as Derby County booked a place in the play-off final.

Wilson scored a penalty, provided an assist, and hit the post late on. He was a constant threat in attack for the Rams in their 4-2 win at Elland Road.

It has been an impressive season for the young Wales international.

He is Derby’s top goalscorer by a distance, with 18 goals.

Last night was another test passed in terms of his temperament and ability to handle a big game. The play-off final against Aston Villa awaits.

Wilson is conversely trying to do enough to secure a place in Liverpool’s squad next season.

He is a big talent, but Liverpool’s squad is performing at a truly elite level right now, and Wilson would have to settle for being a squad player.

Reds fans would like to see the 22-year-old star next season.
