Derby County boss Frank Lampard has celebrated his side’s victory over Leeds United with a post on Instagram.

Derby came through a dramatic play off tie against Leeds, as they won 4-2 at Elland Road.

The Rams looked to be down and out when they fell 2-0 down on aggregate after Stuart Dallas tapped in for Leeds early on.

However, Derby kept pressing and they got their reward when Jack Marriott got their first goal of the tie just before the break.

The Rams were then relentless in the second half, as Mason Mount, Harry Wilson and Marriott all hit the back of the net to send Derby to Wembley.

Lampard was delighted at the end of the match, and he still couldn’t hide his joy on social media today.

Lampard was given responses from a range of his former teammates, including Deco and Wayne Bridge.

Leeds, meanwhile, will be left to lick their wounds - as they still battle to return to the Premier League for the first time since 2004.
