Norwich City, West Bromwich Albion, Hull City, Queens Park Rangers and Ipswich Town were said to be among Willock’s winter admirers.

The Benfica winger, Chris Willock, is again attracting Championship clubs after January interest from Norwich City, West Bromwich Albion, Hull City, Queens Park Rangers and Ipswich Town, according to A Bola.

Willock moved to the Portuguese giants from Arsenal two years ago, but has only played second string football at the Estadio da Luz.

And A Bola reports the 21-year-old is no longer expected to return to Benfica next season, with a ‘definitive transfer’ possible.

Whether or not Norwich, West Brom, Hull, QPR or Ipswich – who it is claimed were keen on a loan deal earlier this year – remain an option for Willock is currently unclear.

And the priorities of Norwich, in particular, may have changed upon their promotion to the Premier League.

Meanwhile, West Brom and QPR have each changed managers since the January transfer window.

Willock has scored or made 22 goals in 63 games for Benfica’s B team, according to Transfermarkt.

Should Norwich, West Brom, Hull, QPR or Ipswich revisit their interest in Willock?
