It is claimed the West Ham United defender is being tracked as a potential Danny Rose replacement at Tottenham Hotspur.

West Ham United fans are reacting to reports linking Arthur Masuaku with clubs including Tottenham Hotspur.

The Sun claims Tottenham are tracking the West Ham left-back, along with Borussia Dortmund and Fiorentina.

And Spurs’ interest is said to stem from the prospect of losing Danny Rose after the Champions League final, with Masuaku a potential replacement.

It is perhaps fair to say that Masuaku is far from universally popular at the London Stadium, although he has impressed during an extended run in the side of late and completed last month’s win at Tottenham’s new home.

So what do those of a West Ham persuasion make of the speculation? This is what they’re saying on Twitter…

Masuaku moved to West Ham from Olympiacos three years ago and has played 75 time for the Hammers, scoring or assisting seven goals.

The 25-year-old is about to enter the final season of his deal, although West Ham have an option to extend that by a further 12 months, according to the Sun.

Could Masuaku quit West Ham for Tottenham?
