Manchester United are reportedly pushing to sign two Ligue 1 talents.

According to The Mirror, Manchester United are looking to bring in a couple of Ligue 1 talents in Adrien Rabiot and Nicolas Pepe.

The Red Devils have been in dire form of late under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, and after a bright start to his rein, United have slipped back into dismal performances associated with Jose Mourinho’s time at the club.

Solskjaer needs major reinforcements this summer as well as a huge clearout at Old Trafford, and two more targets are being touted for a move to the Red Devils.

The Mirror claim that United are keen to bring in Lille winger Nicolas Pepe and Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot, in two big-money deals in their own ways.

Lille ace Pepe has smashed 20 goals and 11 assists in Ligue 1 this season, emerging as one of the most dangerous and creative wingers in Europe.

The Ivorian possesses great speed and technical ability, and United are allegedly confident that they can beat PSG to a £45million deal, despite not having Champions League football.

Meanwhile, midfielder Rabiot is set to leave PSG on a free transfer this summer with his contract expiring, and he would bring some quality to the United.

Whilst Barcelona baulked at his £175,000-a-week wage demands, United are allegedly willing to pay up, meaning two of Ligue 1’s most talented young players could be heading to Old Trafford, leaving PSG disappointed on two fronts.
