HITC Sport understands Bristol Rovers are set to snap up defender Tom Davies on a free transfer.

Coventry City defender Tom Davies is set to join League One rivals Bristol Rovers on a free transfer, HITC Sport understands from sources close to the club.
Davies is out of contract at Coventry next month and he has been allowed to leave for free in search of regular first-team football.
The 27-year-old has struggled to hold down a regular spot in Mark Robins' first-team this season, but has still gone on to make 25 appearances in all competitions.
Davies joined Coventry in the summer of 2017 from Portsmouth and helped the club win promotion back to League One in his first season at the club.

A number of clubs have expressed an interest in signing the powerful central defender on a free transfer, but Bristol Rovers are leading the chase for Davies' signature.
Bristol Rovers boss Graham Coughlan is keen to strengthen his side's defensive options ahead of next season and he has made former Manchester United youngster Davies one of his top targets.
