Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly keen on West Ham United’s Arthur Masuaku.

According to The Sun, Tottenham Hotspur hold an interest in signing West Ham United left back Arthur Masuaku this summer.

Spurs have seen Danny Rose enjoy something of a comeback season, but a more dynamic option than Ben Davies may be pursued, especially with some concerns about Rose’s long-term future.

A number of left backs have already been linked with the Champions League finalists, and another can now be added from a surprise source.

The Sun report that Tottenham want to land West Ham’s Masuaku, who has been in fine form in recent weeks to end the season.

Masuaku has allegedly caught the eye of Mauricio Pochettino’s scouts, meaning the 25-year-old is now on the Spurs radar despite struggling for much of the season.

The DR Congo international, 25, is also wanted by Borussia Dortmund and Fiorentina according to the report, though staying in London may be appealing if Spurs.

Masuaku has just a year left on his contract at West Ham, but they do have a 12-month option on that, meaning they aren’t really under any immediate pressure to sell, so it will be fascinating to see whether Spurs attempt a surprise deal.
