From Software have only just released Sekiro Shadows Die Twice earlier this year, but - apparently - they’re ready to unveil their next upcoming game at E3 2019. And – unfortunately – it’s not Bloodborne 2.
Despite the silly controversy about Sekiro Shadows Die Twice needing an easy mode, From Software’s newest title is one of the year’s best games so far.
There was a rumour a while back that suggested From Software were working on a project with A Song Of Ice And Fire’s George R.R. Martin, and Hidetaka Miyazaki has said he’d love to create an experience similar to Rockstar’s Red Dead Redemption 2.
According to the newest rumour about From Software and E3 2019, Miyazaki’s next upcoming title is a dark fantasy action role-playing game with elements of sci-fi.

[Rumour] From Software’s next game will be revealed at E3 2019 (it’s not Bloodborne 2)
The rumour was spread on Reddit by Arakhronae, and it originates from an insider named Omnipotent (a source who apparently teased Sekiro being shown at TGS and Microsoft’s E3, as well as being published by an unusual name).
Based purely on the Reddit post, From Software’s next game will be a multi-platform action-adventure RPG and it’ll be unveiled at E3 2019.
Apparently, it’s a dark fantasy title, and it’ll feature swords or lasers (or maybe both). There’s not much else to go on, but – sadly – the source specifically states that it’s not Bloodborne 2.
To make matters worse, the post also states that Bloodborne 2 isn’t even in development.
Bloodborne 2 not being in development is a right kick to the nuts, but a dark fantasy game wouldn’t be surprising thanks to From Software’s leaked and unused concept art of grotesque mermaids.
With E3 2019 right around the corner, we won’t have to wait too long to see if this rumour is poppycock.
