Bayer Leverkusen star Julian Brandt is reportedly on the radar of Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund.

According to ESPN FC, Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund are the most likely destinations for Bayer Leverkusen star Julian Brandt.

It has been reported that the 23-year-old, who can operate as a winger or an attacking midfielder, has a release clause of €25 million (£21.61m).

Brandt is one of the best young attacking players in Europe, and the 23-year-old could easily fit in at Liverpool or Dortmund.

According to WhoScored, the Germany international has made 29 starts and three substitute appearances in the Bundesliga for Leverkusen this season, scoring six goals and providing 11 assists in the process.

During the 2017-18 campaign, the attacker made 26 starts and eight substitute appearances in the league for Bayer, scoring nine goals and providing three assists in the process, according to WhoScored.

Bargain signing

If €25m (£21.61m) is all it takes to sign Brandt, then Liverpool should not hesitate, as the Germany international will be a bargain signing.

The 23-year-old will add depth to Liverpool’s substitutes’ bench, and he will also be pushing for a regular start.
