Leeds beat Derby 1-0 today in the first-leg of the Championship play-off semi-final clash at Pride Park, and there was a huge call that went the way of Marcelo Bielsa's side.
The Whites dominated the ball from the very first whistle, and thoroughly deserved their victory.
Bielsa's side looked more dangerous than Lampard's men, and were far more fluid in their attacking play.
Things could have been so different, however.
Referee Craig Pawson pointed to the spot after 77 minutes when Jack Harrison was adjudged to have fouled Jayden Bogle inside the area.
He then sensationally overturned the decision after consulting the linesman, and Leeds went on to comfortably win the game.
The decision from Pawson was an incredibly bold one, and it had plenty of people talking on social media.
And Gary Lineker, one of the most high-profile voices on Twitter, posted a tweet highlighting just how important the decision could prove to be:
Big call from the linesman to persuade the referee to overturn his original decision of a penalty to @dcfcofficial.— Gary Lineker (@GaryLineker) 11 May 2019
