Premier League trio Liverpool, Southampton and Arsenal are reportedly keen to sign Championship defender and England U21 star Kelly.

Bristol City could be about to lose another of their prized assets.
According to The Mail, Arsenal and Liverpool have both been keeping tabs on the highly-rated defender Lloyd Kelly while Southampton have also set their sights on bringing the England U21 international to St Mary’s (Bristol Post).
Bristol City are expected to demand a fee in excess of £15 million – potentially securing a fine profit for a player who has risen through the ranks at Ashton Gate.

Whether he is ready to pass the Premier League challenge is another matter entirely, however. The 20-year-old has been a regular in Lee Johnson’s team this season, starting 26 Championship games, but that does not mean he has been tipped for the top by every member of The Robins’ fanbase.
Considering his age and the fact that a natural-born centre-half has played much of the season at left-back, the odd mistake should be forgiven but it seems there is a few Bristol City fans who would happily accept £15 million plus for Kelly.
Though his versatility and cultured, ball-playing style perhaps explains why Liverpool, Arsenal and Southampton are willing to overlook the odd error of judgement.
