In one sweep of a foot from Lucas Moura, the lives of Ajax's talented team was changed forever.

Tottenham pulled off a comeback to remember, coming from three aggregate goals down to tie 3-3 and go through on away goals.

 

Tottenham are now into the Champions League final, which will be played against Liverpool on June 1.

Ajax already faced seeing their side broken up in the upcoming transfer window, and there will be no glorious moment beforehand. They won't even get the chance to compete in the final.

With a place in Madrid in their grasp, defeat to Tottenham in such circumstances was tough to take.
