Leeds United fans fume at Sheffield United's bus parade celebrations

Leeds United were beaten to second place by Sheffield United, with Marcelo Bielsa's men now having to attempt to go up through to play offs.

Leeds United fans have been left furious after Sheffield United’s players were filmed singing chants against them on their open-top bus tour.

Sheffield United were celebrating their promotion to the Premier League yesterday, and they couldn’t resist taking a pop at Leeds.

 

The Blades players were heard singing ‘Leeds are falling apart again’ on their parade around Sheffield.

And Whites fans have accused the newly promoted side of lacking class.

Leeds and Sheffield United were battling it out for second spot in the climax of the season, with Chris Wilder’s men ultimately coming out on top.

Leeds have been in poor form over recent weeks, with Marcelo Bielsa’s men now needing to pick themselves up ahead of the play offs.

Leeds are due to face Derby County in the coming week, as they look to make up for the disappointment of missing out on a top two spot.
