PSV Eindhoven winger Hirving Lozano has enjoyed another sensational season, and it's no great surprise that he's attracting major interest.
The Mexican wide man, 23, has dazzled in the Netherlands since arriving from Pachuca, and his stats this season have been remarkable; 21 goals and 12 assists, meaning he's racked up 33 goal involvements in 40 games this season.
Dangerous on either flank whilst possessing great pace, Lozano looks set to move on from PSV for a big move this summer, despite one move falling through.
Il Mattino report that Napoli have shelved a move for Lozano due to lingering concerns over his knee injury, and whilst their interest hasn't completely ended, they're looking at other targets too.
That dallying may just let other clubs in for Lozano, and having been interested last summer according to Mundo Deportivo, Everton should be looking to swoop in.
Brands was the man who brought Lozano to PSV, and with Everton needing a natural right winger, landing Lozano would the huge summer coup the Toffees need to gear up for a top six finish.
Signing him may be difficult without European football, but with Napoli stalling, Brands has a small window to get in and land one of his PSV favourites in a move which would show the Premier League that Everton really mean business.
