NetherRealm has released a hotfix that reduces the character towers grinding in Mortal Kombat 11.
One of the biggest complaints fans have had about Mortal Kombat 11 is its excessive grinding, and – although update 1.03 addressed this issue – NetherRealm has released a quick hotfix that has nerfed the requirements for all character towers by as much as 80% according to Twisted Voxel.
NetherRealm has released a bunch of updates for Mortal Kombat 11, including patch 1.04 that removed the Head and Soul farming glitches so players could no longer skip some of the grinding.
While this was disappointing for players who never got the chance to exploit the Krypt glitch, NetherRealm has dramatically reduced the requirements for all character towers.
Mortal Kombat 11 hotfix reduces character towers grinding by 80%
Per the Mortal Kombat kommunity on Reddit, the following are the character towers requirements following the release of the hotfix.
Level 1 – 25 Uppercuts and Throws
Level 2 – 10 Fatalities and Brutalities (down from 50)
Level 3 – 25 Krushing Blows and 10K Blood Spilled
Level 4 – 25 Fatal Blows, 10 Flawless, 25 Wins, and 25 Krushing Blows
Level 5 – 75 Wins, 35 Fatal Blows, 25 Fatalities, and 25 Brutalities
The earlier stages have been nerfed by NetherRealm, but getting to stage 5 is still a massive undertaking that I won’t dare even attempt.
