The Last Of Us Part 2 and the inevitable God Of War sequel are Naughty Dog and Sony Santa Monica’s next titles, and - according to an insider - the developers' games will look “absurd” on the PlayStation 5.
Sony’s Mark Cerny recently revealed mouth-watering information about the PlayStation 5 in an exclusive interview with WIRED.
It'll be backwards compatible with the PlayStation 4, and Sony’s next-gen console will also apparently feature a “more specialized” SSD that kills 15-seconds long loading times.
In addition, it’ll also be sold at an appealing price for gamers according to Cerny.
While these details and teases shared by Cerny are exciting enough, an insider’s titbit about the PlayStation 5 devkit is welcome.

PlayStation 5 - insider says Naughty Dog games will look absurd
Reliable insider Benji-Sales posted a tweet about the PlayStation 5 devkit running a nearly 13TF GPU. He has since deleted the tweet, but his enthusiasm for how “absurd” Naughty Dog, Guerrilla Games, and Sony Santa Monica titles will look is evident in the screenshot provided by Wccftech.
The PlayStation 5 won’t be released within the next 12 months, so expect – at minimum – a late 2020 release.
Some of the games rumoured to come with the PlayStation 5 at launch include remasters of The Last Of Us Part 2 and Ghost Of Tsushima, along with Grand Theft Auto 6 and a Harry Potter RPG.
