Kevin Campbell calls for Arsenal to punish Tottenham

Arsenal will keep the pressure firmly on Tottenham Hotspur if they win today.

Kevin Campbell has urged former club Arsenal to capitalise on Tottenham Hotspur's slip-up on Saturday.

The Gunners visit Leicester City today in the hope of ending their two-match losing streak following surprise defeats by Crystal Palace and Wolves.

Victory would send Arsenal one point adrift of third-placed Tottenham, who were stunned by West Ham United in their new stadium yesterday.

An away win would make the battle for North London supremacy - and top four - very interesting ahead of the final two Premier League games of the season.

 

And Campbell, who spent 10 years on Arsenal's books, calls on Unai Emery's side to keep the pressure on Spurs.

Tottenham may have had one eye on Tuesday's Champions League semi-final with Ajax in London, but Arsenal must avoid the same trap.

They aren't in the Champions League, but Emery's troops do have the first leg of a Europa League semi-final on Thursday and whether the Spanish manager can balance both remains to be seen.
