Celtic put themselves on the brink of securing the Scottish Premiership title with a narrow victory at Parkhead.

Several Celtic fans have expressed their concern after David Moyes was pictured in the Parkhead crowd during the 1-0 victory against Kilmarnock on Saturday that has taken the Hoops to the brink of claiming another Scottish Premiership title.
With the league crown almost wrapped up, it felt as though the biggest motivation for Celtic’s players was to produce the kind of performance that paid tribute to Hoops and football legend Billy McNeill.
And while it may have been a narrow win against Killie, it was fitting that Jozo Simunovic’s winner came in the 67th minute in the week in which the captain of the Lisbon Lions passed away.
Unfortunately for Neil Lennon however, it may not have been the kind of result that would have done his cause of keeping the manager’s job beyond this season much good. While he has done extremely well since returning to Celtic Park, some of the displays have been underwhelming.

But given what Lennon has achieved, it would arguably be a surprise if he did not get the chance to stay in the job for the start of the next season. However, some fans are worried that the board could be considering another name.
As reported by BBC Sport, Moyes attended the game on Saturday. It would be little surprise if he was there to pay tribute to McNeill, who was the manager when Moyes made his debut for the Hoops back in 1980.

But there is some concern that Moyes may be under consideration to take over at the end of the season. And judging by the fan comments on social media, it would not be a popular appointment.
Here is what some of the fans were saying about Moyes attending the 1-0 win…
