Sadio Mane scored twice for Liverpool against Huddersfield Town at Anfield on Friday.

Former Manchester United prospect Ravel Morrison has stated on Twitter that Liverpool winger Sadio Mane has been the best player in the Premier League this season.

Morrison made the comments during Liverpool’s hammering of Huddersfield Town at home in the Premier League on Friday evening.

Mane scored twice for the Reds, as the Merseyside outfit got the better of Huddersfield 5-0 at Anfield.

The 27-year-old former Southampton winger found the net in the middle of the first half and then again in the middle of the second half.

Morrison, now at Swedish club Ostersunds FK, has spoken highly of Mane, and the former West Ham United and Lazio midfielder believes that the winger has been the best player in the Premier League this season.
