Shadow Of The Tomb Raider was let down by Square Enix sandwiching it between Marvel’s Spider-Man and Red Dead Redemption 2, but Eidos Montreal deserves a lot of praise for continuing to give fans seven pieces of DLC. Titled The Path Home, the game’s final piece of DLC completes the modern reboot’s finale so the developers can now take a well-deserved break from the British icon and her death-defying shenanigans.
For those who didn’t purchase Shadow Of The Tomb Raider, now is the appropriate time to support Eidos Montreal by buying the golden Croft Edition.
It comes with all the DLC such as costumes and tombs, and it’s usually on sale so you may as well experience the culmination of Lara Croft’s clunky transition into the tomb raider.
Or, if you simply despise Square Enix's modern reboot, you can instead buy the Tomb Raider Collection for just £35.

The Path Home DLC finally completes Shadow Of The Tomb Raider
The Path Home is Shadow Of The Tomb Raider’s final piece of DLC, and it sees Lara Croft head into another challenge tomb to discover one more ancient secret.
We're excited to announce Shadow of the Tomb Raider - The Path Home available April 23rd.— Tomb Raider (@tombraider) April 5, 2019
Join Lara in The Path Home, following the end of Shadow of the Tomb Raider after the dust has settled & the battle over. Available exclusively to Season Pass owners https://t.co/0dR0OpljxW pic.twitter.com/P7XkKE3qfp
This farewell to Lara is exclusive to the season pass, so gamers won’t be able to purchase it individually from the PlayStation Store.
Shadow Of The Tomb Raider as Lara Croft’s swansong is admittedly bittersweet, but Eidos Montreal has said they’d be "very surprised" if Square Enix doesn’t bring Lara Croft back for more expeditions.
If and when Lara makes her return, she better have regained her wit, charm and dual pistols.
